Everything! One of the best hotel stays I've had in the US. Location is central to Albany. Really spacious room, comfortable beds, well-furnished and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. The staff was awesome, so warm and really helpful. I stayed at the hotel to take the bar exam and I really appreciated how encouraging the staff was! I appreciated also that the room offered reusable glasses for drinking water—I'm not a big fan of this cheap and wasteful trend in American hotels where plastic cups are provided to drink water instead of real glasses. Meal service was awesome. I had breakfast at Renaissance (decent), had lunch to-go and ate sit-down dinner there. I was positively shocked by how good the food was—by far the best hotel meals I have ever had. Just straight up really good food, hotel or not! The hotel also had a very clean and quiet gym.

I’ve stayed at many hotels and B&Bs during this time until I’ve narrowed it down to just my favorites based on a geographic area. When I’m back in the Albany area I will definitely stay at this hotel. The service, ambiance and my room was nothing short of amazing!
